Measure your Calories!

Count-Me-In is a simple-to-use and accurate "Calorie Counter", measuring the Calories you burn while you exercise outdoors walking, running, biking, and stairs.

Its simple, "one button" operation lets you start and forget it, that is until youre done with your workout and you click the button to stop it. A daily count is maintained so you can see how many Calories you burned over the entire day.

Designed for simplicity Count-Me-In shows you your mapped route with an continuously updated large font meter at the top of the screen. This lets you quickly glance at the Calories burned so you arent distracted from your exercising. Simplicity aside, a details view can be activated and showing the horizontal, vertical, and idle components of the Calories burned. The details view also lets you view other numbers from your exercise such as steps, time, distance, and speed.

The mapped exercise route tells you exactly where you are, the route youve taken so far, and where you need to go. Another feature includes a "compass view" which rotates the map and always pointing in the direction that you are heading.

Count-Me-In gives aural feedback beeping at the number of Calories you specify or distance traveled. For instance, you can set it to beep every 25 Calories burned or every 1000 feet traveled.

Using metabolic (Calorie) equations developed by the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) Count-Me-In calculates Calories as each GPS data point comes in accurately, and up to the second, with the latest Calories burned. An activity detector knows whether you are walking, running, or bike riding. It even know if youre doing stairs.

The only setup required is to enter your weight. And there is no registration.

Other features include an shutdown system which automatically stops tracking if it determines that youve been idle for several minutes. This is to prevent your battery from draining. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
